Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Policy Development & Regulatory Intelligence to advise the company’s work at the intersection of healthcare regulation, legislative strategy, and evidence-based policymaking. This role combines regulatory intelligence with proactive policy development—shaping public policy, supporting advocacy, and ensuring the company stays ahead of emerging issues in digital health, data privacy, AI in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, and drug compounding.
Shape the policy and regulatory landscape in the EU & UK by providing strategic advice on public policy developments, representing Kraken at events, and nurturing relationships within the European landscape while keeping a global view. Lead the development of policy positions, educate policymakers, and draft policy papers advocating for responsible innovation in the digital assets space. Collaborate with internal teams and C-level executives to provide strategic advice, and represent Kraken at industry events.
